In addition to the standard 108 UNO playing cards, there should be 16 more specific cards to the UNO game. There should be four suited Discard All cards [one of each sub-suit (red, green, blue, and yellow)], four suited Trade Hands cards [one of each sub-suit (red, green, blue, and yellow)], four suited Customizable cards [one of each sub-suit (red, green, blue, and yellow)], one Wild Trade Hands card, and three differential Wild Customizable cards [Each number (1, 2, and 3) on each Wild Customizable card has a different house rule that players may make up, and the house rules should be written on paper or on a dry-erase board for reference to all the players .]. To understand the set points for each new card, each suited Discard All card is worth 30 set points, and each suited Trade Hands card is worth 30 set points, and each suited Customizable card is worth 30 points, and a Wild Trade Hands card is worth 40 set points, and each Wild Customizable card is worth 40 set points. Players may customize the probabilities of the UNO playing cards before the set or before the match.

The color of the peripheries on the face-up side on each card must be all white. When you look at the side of the deck after organizing by color, you can look at the organized colors from the side of the deck. It would not be luck when a player knows the next colors from the top of the deck by looking at the side of the deck.

I used two standard decks of the regular UNO playing cards to create a Mahjong deck. There are nine numbered ranks (1~9) in each of the three sub-suits (Red is characters, and green is bamboos, and blue is circles.) of four duplicates thus 108 numbered cards (9 ranks of 3 sub-suits quadrupled). There are four specific winds (Yellow Reverse is east wind, and red Reverse is south wind, and green Reverse is west wind, and blue Reverse is south wind.) of four duplicates thus 16 wind cards (4 specific winds quadrupled). There are three specific winds [Red Skip is red dragon, and green Skip is green dragon, and blue Skip is white dragon (Bluish white of 5,000 Kelvin is closer to pure white of 4,000 Kelvin.).] of four duplicates thus 12 dragon cards (3 specific dragons quadrupled). There are four flower cards (Yellow Draw Two is east’s flower, and red Draw Two is south’s flower, and green Draw Two is west’s flower, and blue Draw Two is north’s flower.) as bonus cards. There are four season cards (Yellow zero is east’s flower, and red zero is south’s flower, and green zero is west’s flower, and blue zero is north’s flower.) as bonus cards. There are four animal cards (Yellow Discard All is east’s animal, and red Discard All is south’s animal, and green Discard All is west’s animal, and blue Discard All is north’s flower.) as bonus cards, and animal bonus cards are found in Singaporean/Malaysian Mahjong. You are welcomed to use eight wildcards, and you are welcomed to use specific wildcards to represent a specific suit or to represent the honors (winds and dragons); Wild Customizable card number one would represent the character suit (red 1~9), and Wild Customizable card number two would represent the bamboo suit (green 1~9), and Wild Customizable card number three would represent the circle suit (blue 1~9), and Wild Draw Four card would represent the honors [winds (Reverse cards) and dragons (Skip cards)]. The reasons why I like about Mahjong in card form instead of tile form is that cards are easy to carry and to shuffle and that people cannot feel the engravings of the face-up card (People who has a sense of touch can identify what the tile is thus obsoleteness of luck.).
